Terms & Conditions – Plans

1. Once a plan is purchased, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
2. Once a lead is unlocked/viewed, the transaction cannot be reversed, regardless of whether the lead results in a successful sale/purchase.
3. The plan expires when either all purchased leads are utilised or the validity period lapses, whichever occurs first.
4. The plan does not guarantee the availability of leads in any specific bike category, brand or price range. However, all leads available can be unlocked.
5. The validity period begins the moment the plan is activated and expires exactly at that time on the expiry day. Example: a 7-day plan purchased on 01-01-2025 at 10:00 AM will expire on 08-01-2025 at 09:59 AM.
6. Refunds are applicable only if the lead's contact information is invalid or unreachable or if the lead explicitly denies interest/availability at first contact. MySecondBike's decision on refund eligibility is final. A refund request must be raised within 24 hours of accessing the lead with complete details.
7. A single lead may be sold to multiple buyers concurrently; MySecondBike does not guarantee exclusivity on any lead unless explicitly stated on a premium plan.
8. Only a single plan can be active at any given point of time. Another plan can be purchased only upon expiry of the existing plan.
9. Plans are non-transferable and cannot be shared, resold or transferred to another user/account.
10. MySecondBike does not guarantee or warrant the final outcome of any transaction (sale/purchase) between the buyer and the lead; it only facilitates the connection.
11. Prices for leads may vary based on category (commuter/scooter/cruiser), demand and location and are subject to change without prior notice.
12. Prices are exclusive of GST, as applicable.
13. The unlimited cap is of 50 bike leads for Ride Max Plan and 100 bike leads for Ride Jinn Plan. Any further requirement shall be done on specific request of the user to the platform with proper justification.
14. MySecondBike reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
