At Winloo, our services involve providing verified contact details of the service providers you are seeking. Since we do not ship or deliver physical products, this policy outlines how our service delivery process works in place of traditional shipping.

Service Delivery Method

• Digital Fulfilment: All purchased contact details are delivered digitally via email and can also be viewed in your Dashboard login – order section later.
• Partner Outreach: In applicable cases, our partner may also contact you directly to share the requested details to confirm us successful service completion.

Processing and Delivery Timeline

• Processing Time: After your order is placed, our team or partner verifies the requested contact information and delivery of service sought is delivered within 24 hours.
• Completion Notice: Once the details are verified and dispatched to you digitally, you will receive a confirmation message notifying you that your service request has been fulfilled and a survey link confirming of the quality and delivery of service will be sent.

Service Delivery Scope

• Domestic Availability: Our services are currently available across India. Winloo doesn’t take any responsibility of availability of product with the merchant post-purchase of the verified lead. Winloo plays a role of connecting the buyer and seller via marketplace wherein both the parties are independent in carrying out further business individually with no involvement and responsibility of Winloo or any of its associates / staff.
• No International Delivery: As the service pertains to local contact details, we do not provide international delivery at this time.
